REFUNDS

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached for a full refund.

If the item you wish to return is faulty assessment will occur on its return, please explain the fault in your contact form. Once assessed you will then be offered a full refund *including postage for faulty goods.

Once a refund is processed back onto the original form of payment, it can take 5-10 business days to be processed depending on your bank.

For returns please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received by the seller.

All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging. If these requirements are not met, the seller reserves the right to deny a return.

*Excluding the brand Frankie & Frenchie where a no change of mind refund policy applies.

EXCHANGE:

Exchanges are granted if you wish to swap your product with one from the same seller. Otherwise, a full refund (minus any shipping costs incurred) will be issued.

All of our Australian designers offer free shipping however, the fact that they are small business means that free returns on ‘change of mind’ exchanges is not offered at this point. A cost of $10 will be charged to you to have the new item sent back & $15 for international brands.

  2. Select MY ORDERS from the ‘manage your account’ section
  3. Choose the item you wish to return and click RETURN ITEM(S)
