REFUND & EXCHANGE
Please contact email@example.com to process a refund or exchange.
You can return or exchange any item within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached for a full refund (minus a $10 shipping fee – all designers on our platform are small business and free refunds are not offered at this point).
All items being returned and exchanged must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account or exchange your item until the item has been received by the seller.
Exchanges are granted if you wish to swap your product with one from the same seller. Otherwise, a full refund (minus any shipping costs incurred) will be issued.
Once a refund is processed back onto the original form of payment, it can take 5-10 business days to be processed depending on your bank.
If the item you wish to return is faulty assessment will occur on its return, please explain the fault in your contact form. Once assessed you will then be offered a full refund * including postage for faulty goods.
