How to return an item
- Sign in to your Style the Playground account
- Select MY ORDERS from the ‘manage your account’ section
- Choose the item you wish to return and click RETURN ITEM(S)
Note: Some items may not be returnable, please refer to our Returns Policy below for details.

You can return any item*, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt.
If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item and if required, assessment will occur on its return.
You will then be offered a full refund including postage for faulty goods. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, e.g. your credit card.
If you’d like to return an item for another reason, you will be given a refund to the same value once the item has been received by the appropriate seller, and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.
All items being returned must be dispatched/shipped within 10 days of the return being approved, and must be in original condition and packaging. If these requirements are not met, the seller reserves the right to deny a return.
*excluding the brands Frankie & Frenchie & Kasandra Ross where a no change of mind refund policy applies. All sales are final.
